Hey Herman,
I've been trying to load up a zipped copy of the newly amended Caso Db, but for some reason the server at my work here is either too slow or something is wrong where it ain't happening. I'll try when I get home tonight. In the meantime, I have the announcements for the amended Caso Db and the 3rd Battleset - "Too Few Victories." Below are those two texts. I'll send the zipped Db when I can get it loaded up. Thanks.

2nd Amended Caso dB
There is a new, 2nd update of the Caso dB which reflects changes in the turn-around or “ready time” of most aircraft loadouts. The loadouts have been accelerated for quicker game play. To some of the more traditional and conservative gamers of the Harpoon community, this most likely will be viewed as heresy. However, the Indochine Campaign is based on a “what if” premise, so certain liberties have already been taken. For the sake of keeping the game moving and exciting, the intent is to prevent long and drawn out scenarios. You will find the update in the Players DB Harpoon Library, and along with it all the Indochine scenarios to date will be re-synched with the new database. In addition, this notice announces the 3rd and latest Indochine Battleset, “Too Few Victories,” which will be comprised of six new scenarios. Thanks and enjoy!
Alan Caso

The strategists realize that although a quick victory would be a welcome event, holding the line is the most important action at this point. Spin doctors try to paint a positive picture while the strategy is to hold tight and stay the course.
